Lundbeck is seeking a results-driven Psychiatry Account Manager to promote our CNS portfolio in the Spring Valley, NY area, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving sales through clinically informed conversations.

You will use data-driven planning, handle objections, and ensure reimbursement considerations while meeting regulatory standards. Travel up to 40% domestically and maintain territory within 40 miles of assigned boundaries.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Sciences degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, medical device sales or related healthcare sales experience.
• Must demonstrate the intellectual capacity to score highly on disease and product training exams, including being certified on product knowledge annually.
• Self-starter, with a strong work ethic and outstanding communication skills.
• Must be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
• Must live within 40 miles of territory boundaries.
• Driving is an essential duty of this job; must have a valid driver's license in good standing.
• Meeting and complying with reasonable industry-standard credentialing requirements of healthcare providers / customer facilities is required for continued employment with Lundbeck.

• Lead the promotion of our psychiatry portfolio with clinical knowledge to drive sales.
• Use data-based insights to create opportunities, develop strategy & tactics, allocate resources, monitor progress and adjust direction.
• Build and maintain productive internal and external relationships with customers.
• Gather and validate key market trends and apply therapeutic knowledge to identify opportunities.
• Address payer access concerns using Lundbeck resources while staying compliant with regulations.
