Lundbeck seeks a Psychiatry Account Manager to promote our neuroscience portfolio in Findlay/Toledo East, OH. You will drive sales with clinical knowledge, build relationships, and apply data insights to maximize performance while navigating reimbursement and regulatory considerations.

Qualified candidates have a BA/BS, 2+ years pharma or healthcare sales, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical/medical sales or related healthcare sales experience.
• Comfort with disease and product knowledge exams and annual certification.
• Self-starter with strong work ethic and outstanding communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; computer literate.
• Must live within 40 miles of territory boundaries and have a valid driver's license.
• Meet industry credentialing requirements for healthcare providers and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead promotion of psychiatry portfolio and execute sales strategies with clinical knowledge.
• Deliver clear, compelling messages; assess customer needs and close actions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Gather market trends and apply therapeutic knowledge to identify opportunities.
• Understand reimbursement dynamics and address payer access issues.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and Lundbeck policies.
