Job summary

Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. is seeking a Neuroscience Specialist in Columbus, OH to engage healthcare providers using in-person, virtual, and digital tools.

You will share on‑label product expertise and coordinate with Medical, HSAMs and PELs to support local patient care initiatives. Reporting to the Area Business Lead, you will conduct proactive outreach, organize speaker programs, and help shape local market insights.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience.
• 3+ years of B2B or equivalent outside sales experience in regulated or clinical settings.
• 2+ years of clinical healthcare experience with patient-facing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to healthcare providers using in-person, virtual, and digital tools.
• Direct customers to colleagues as needed and facilitate speaker programs.
• Organize local provider groups for discussions with regional leaders.
• Elevate opportunities and feedback to inform local strategy and goals.
