Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience.
• Prior CNS, psychiatry, or ADHD experience preferred.
• Experience launching a new product or new indication preferred.
• Must reside within 50 miles commuting distance from the primary city in the sales territory.
• Over 4 years in sales with HCPs, ideally representing multiple products.
• Willingness to travel overnight as territory geography requires.
• Proven coaching, training, and mentoring skills.
• Compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Ability to communicate complex clinical and product information.

Responsibilities

• Personally engage customers through various virtual or in-person tools.
• Direct customers to colleagues (CSS) as needed.
• Ensure requests are met and solicit feedback on engagement quality.
• Facilitate speaker programs to share knowledge.
• Organize local provider groups for discussions with regional leaders.
• Elevate opportunities and feedback to Area Business Lead with local insights.
• Collaborate with ecosystem team to adjust targeting and call plans.
• Act on insights to inform local strategy and business goals.
