Vanderbilt Health Neuroscience Institute in Nashville, TN seeks an Associate Patient Service Specialist to provide frontline support before, during, or after appointments. You will help navigate patients through scheduling, registration, and use of the patient portal to ensure accurate information and smooth visits.

Working Monday through Friday days, you will collaborate with clinicians and outside facilities, coordinate pre-visit orders, and contribute to a courteous, efficient patient

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of relevant experience preferred (customer service/office setting).
• Knowledge of patient scheduling and registration processes is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule appointments and procedures via clinical communication, work queues, and patient portal messages.
• Manages registration and patient work queues.
• Coordinates with patients and outside facilities to ensure pre-appointment orders are received and viewable before visits.
• Communicates with patients through the patient portal to route appropriately.
