Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Patient Access Specialist to drive patient access initiatives across networks in the assigned territory. The role centers on formulary access, reimbursement support, care transitions, and site-of-care offerings within the neuroscience portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in healthcare sales and access/reimbursement.
• Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships with large accounts.
• Understanding of reimbursement landscapes and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as extension of the HUB to support access initiatives.
• Provide reimbursement education to support benefits investigations and prior authorization.
• Educate on FDA/state requirements for handling controlled medications.
• Engage stakeholders across hospitals, IDNs, pharmacies, and community settings.
• Direct customers to key education resources including HUB and reimbursement guidance.
