Job summary

Syneos Health is hiring a Patient Access Specialist to drive patient access initiatives across the Portland, OR territory. You will leverage strategic insights to support formulary access, reimbursement, and care transitions in neuroscience products, interfacing with HUBs and large health systems.

You will educate on reimbursement, assist with prior authorizations, and ensure compliance with federal and state requirements for handling controlled medications, while building relationships across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5 years of healthcare sales experience.
• Understanding of access and reimbursement landscape.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Grow patient access initiatives across the assigned geographic territory.
• Provide reimbursement education to support investigations and prior authorizations.
• Educate on FDA, federal and state requirements for handling controlled medications.
• Build relationships with hospitals, IDNs, pharmacies and other care settings to meet objectives.
