Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Patient Access Specialist to drive growth of access initiatives across neuroscience products within the Seattle territory.

You will partner with care teams and HUB resources to optimize formulary access, reimbursement support, and patient transitions while navigating regulatory requirements. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in healthcare sales, with strong knowledge of access and reimbursement landscapes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in healthcare sales experience.
• Understanding of access and reimbursement landscape.
• Experience building customer relationships and managing large accounts.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of patient access initiatives within the assigned geographic territory.
• Leverage strategic insights to achieve formulary access, reimbursement support, care transitions, and site-of-care offerings across neuroscience products.
• Act as an extension of the HUB and provide education on reimbursement, PHI, and FDA/state requirements for controlled medications.
• Develop relationships with IDNs, hospitals, pharmacies, and community mental health centers to meet business objectives.
• Direct customers to education resources and HUB/reimbursement support as needed.
