Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as extension of HUB to support patients and accounts.
• Provide reimbursement education for PHI and prior authorizations.
• Educate on FDA/state requirements for handling controlled medications.
• Collaborate with IDNs, hospitals, pharmacies, and mental health centers.
• Direct customers to key education resources and HUB personnel.
