You will coordinate with Medical, Market Access, and Patient Support teams to improve patient care and deliver a superior experience. The role involves proactive outreach to HCPs, organizing speaker programs, and leading local provider groups, elevating market insights to inform local strategy

Qualifications

• 2+ years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience.
• 3+ years of B2B outside sales or equivalent healthcare engagement.
• 2+ years clinical healthcare experience with patient-facing responsibilities.
• Ability to communicate complex clinical information clearly.
• Commitment to ethical business practices and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers through in-person, virtual, and digital tools.
• Direct customers to colleagues (e.g., CSS) as needed.
• Facilitate speaker programs to share insights with providers.
• Organize local provider groups for discussions with regional leaders.
• Elevate opportunities and local market insights to the Area Business Lead.
• Collaborate with ecosystem team to adjust targeting and call plans.
• Address on-label information and patient care guidance with HCPs.
