Job summary

Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. is seeking a Neuroscience Specialist to engage healthcare providers through in-person, virtual, and digital tools, sharing expert knowledge on products and approved conditions.

You will coordinate with Medical, Market Access, and Patient Support teams to deliver compliant, value-driven discussions. You will proactively outreach to HCPs, facilitate speaker programs, and organize local provider groups to inform strategy and improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience
• 3+ years of B2B or outside sales experience in regulated, clinical, or customer engagement
• 2+ years of Clinical healthcare experience with patient-facing responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outreach to HCPs on product access, on-label information, and patient care guidance
• Engage customers through in-person, virtual, and digital tools and route to CSS as needed
• Facilitate speaker programs and organize local provider groups with local/regional leaders
• Elevate opportunities and feedback to Area Business Lead to inform local strategy and business goals
