You will coordinate with Medical, Market Access, and Patient Support teams to deliver on approved content and provide expert insights to clinicians. The role emphasizes proactive outreach, speaker program planning, and local market strategy, with a focus on patient care and compliant, ethical engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience.
• Must reside within 50 miles commuting distance from the primary city in the sales territory.
• 4+ years of experience in sales with HCPs, ideally representing multiple products.
• Cross-functional industry experience in commercial life sciences or related field.
• Ability to work in an ambiguous environment undergoing transformation.
• Proven coaching, training, and mentoring abilities.
• Commitment to ethical business practices and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to assimilate and communicate complex clinical and product information.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage HCPs through various virtual or digital tools.
• Direct customers to other colleagues (e.g., CSS) as needed.
• Facilitate speaker programs and organize local provider groups with leaders.
• Elevate opportunities and feedback to the Area Business Lead with local insights.
• Collaborate with ecosystem team to adjust targeting and call point plans.
• Act on insights from customer-facing roles to inform local strategy.
