Job summary

Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. seeks a Neuroscience Specialist to engage healthcare providers using in-person, virtual, and digital tools, delivering on-label information and product expertise.

You will coordinate with Medical, Market Access, and Patient Support teams to support local strategy and patient outcomes. The role requires 4+ years in HCP sales, a track record coaching peers, and the ability to navigate a transforming environment while maintaining ethical standards and regulatory

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience.
• 4+ years of sales experience with healthcare professionals.
• Previous cross-functional industry experience in life sciences or related field.
• Ability to work in an ambiguous environment undergoing transformation.

Responsibilities

• Engage healthcare providers through in-person and digital channels.
• Direct customers to colleagues (e.g., CSS) as needed.
• Facilitate speaker programs and organize local provider groups.
• Elevate opportunities and feedback to the Area Business Lead to inform local strategy.
