Job summary

Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. is seeking a Neuroscience Specialist to engage healthcare providers using in-person, virtual, and digital tools, delivering on-label information and product insights to support patient care.

The role partners with Medical, Market Access, and Patient Support teams to coordinate outreach, speaker programs, and local market insights while ensuring compliant, ethical engagement and successful implementation of local strategies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience
• 3+ years B2B or outside sales in regulated or clinical settings
• 2+ years clinical healthcare experience with patient-facing responsibilities
• Ability to communicate complex clinical information and influence stakeholders
• Strong understanding of regulatory standards and compliant business practices
• Must reside within 50 miles of the primary city in the sales territory

Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to HCPs using in-person, virtual, and digital tools
• Direct customers to colleagues (e.g., CSS) as needed
• Facilitate speaker programs and organize local provider group discussions
• Elevate opportunities and feedback to the Area Business Lead with local market insights
