Job summary

Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. seeks a Neuroscience Specialist to enhance customer engagement with healthcare professionals through in-person, virtual, and digital tools, delivering on-label expertise and supporting approved indications.

You will partner with Medical, Market Access and Patient Support teams, lead proactive outreach, organize local provider groups, and elevate insights to inform local strategy and business goals while ensuring compliance with company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience.
• 3+ years of B2B or equivalent outside sales in regulated or clinical settings.
• 2+ years of clinical healthcare experience with patient-facing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outreach to HCPs on product access and on-label information.
• Engage customers via virtual or digital tools and direct to CSS as needed.
• Facilitate speaker programs and organize local provider group discussions.
• Elevate opportunities and feedback to the Area Business Lead to inform strategy.
