The Neuroscience Specialist role drives customer engagement with healthcare providers via in-person, virtual, and digital tools, coordinating with Medical, Market Access, and Patient Support to deliver high-quality experiences and insights for local care delivery. The position reports to the Area Business Lead and emphasizes adherence to approved content and ethical guidelines

Qualifications

• 2+ years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience.
• 3+ years of B2B or equivalent outside sales experience, in regulated, clinical, or customer engagement experience
• 2+ years of Clinical healthcare experience (e.g., Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, RN, or similar) with patient-facing responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outreach to HCPs on topics such as product access, on-label information, and patient care guidance.
• Engage customers through virtual or digital tools and direct them to colleagues as needed.
• Facilitate speaker programs and organize local provider groups for discussions with leaders.
• Elevate opportunities and feedback to Area Business Lead and inform local strategy.
