Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to lead education, access, and fulfillment efforts for the Oklahoma City, OK territory, including Amarillo TX, Fort Worth TX, and Tulsa OK. The role requires significant on-site collaboration with healthcare providers and payer stakeholders.

The candidate will travel up to 75% to support field teams, manage reimbursement processes, and drive patient access across J&J Neuroscience therapies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business/public administration; MBA/MPH preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Account management and/or reimbursement experience in provider offices.
• Experience with pharmacy and medical/buy & bill benefits design, coding, and prior authorization.
• Ability to influence across a matrix organization and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support teams and serve as access, fulfillment, and reimbursement expert.
• Lead compliant access and fulfillment discussions with field teams.
• Use data to proactively address access barriers and patient affordability issues.
• Travel up to 75% to support field customers and hubs.
