• Engage healthcare professionals (HCPs) through in-person, virtual, and digital tools.
• Direct customers to colleagues (e.g., CSS) as needed.
• Facilitate speaker programs and organize local provider groups for discussions.
• Elevate opportunities and feedback to the Area Business Lead with local market insights.
