Job summary

Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. seeks a Neuroscience Specialist to engage healthcare providers through in-person, virtual, and digital tools, delivering on-label expertise and support for patient care.

You will report to the Area Business Lead and collaborate with Medical, Market Access, and Patient Support teams to shape local strategy, coordinate speaker programs, and organize provider discussions for better patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience or 3+ years in B2B/external sales in regulated environments
• Clinical healthcare experience (e.g., NP, PA, RN) with patient-facing responsibilities is acceptable
• Ability to translate complex clinical information into practical value propositions

Responsibilities

• Engage HCPs through in-person, virtual, and digital tools.
• Direct customers to colleagues (e.g., CSS) as needed.
• Facilitate speaker programs and organize local provider group discussions.
• Elevate opportunities and feedback to Area Business Lead with local market insights
