Vanda Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Allentown, PA is seeking a Neuroscience Account Manager to advance patient access and promote our psychiatric portfolio. The role reports to the Neuroscience District Sales Manager and requires delivering value to customers through differentiated products and services.

The position emphasizes strategic territory execution, strong communication, and adherence to regulatory and company policies, with travel as needed and a focus on achieving sales goals.

Competenze

• BS or BA with GPA greater than 3.0.
• Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
• Atypical anti-psychotic experience and/or orphan drug experience preferred.
• Preferred psychiatry, bipolar, depression, CNS or pain management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving history.
• Willingness to travel, including overnights.

Mansioni

• Execute and promote products in alignment to sales strategy in the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with the District Sales Manager on day-to-day sales and strategy direction.
• Analyze local market, develop, execute, and monitor performance to maximize product use.
• Maintain knowledge of product, disease, competitive landscape, and market reimbursement.
• Manage travel and promotional budget.
• Fulfill monitoring and reporting requirements and call reporting.
• Maintain compliance with laws and Vanda policies.
• Possess fortitude to sell and compete with hunter mentality.
