Job summary

Teva is seeking a Sales Specialist for the Gainesville, FL area to promote our long-acting injectable psychiatry product and existing psychiatry portfolio. The role emphasizes compliant, ethical selling, relationship-building with healthcare professionals, and collaboration across sales teams to meet territory goals.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, 1+ year of B2B sales (pharmaceuticals preferred), and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Full-time documented B2B sales experience preferred.
• Pharmaceutical sales experience preferred, especially in psychiatry.
• Knowledge of reimbursement, managed care, or marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve all sales performance goals for the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with sales leadership, market access, and training teams.
• Develop business plans to meet/exceed territory goals and opportunities.
• Build rapport with HCPs and office staff; provide product education and detailing.
• Travel within territory; present demonstrations and in-servicing.
