Job summary

Teva Pharmaceuticals in Austin is seeking a driven Sales Specialist to cover the psychiatry space. You will promote our long-acting injectable and existing psychiatry products, driving sales through physician detailing, education, and strategic territory plans.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop business plans, and travel as required to meet territory goals, while adhering to Teva’s compliance policies and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Full-time B2B sales experience preferred.
• Pharmaceutical sales experience preferred, especially in psychiatry.
• Record of achieving sales goals and building customer relationships.
• Experience launching psychiatric products across care settings.
• Willingness to travel as required, including Austin area.

Responsibilities

• Achieve all sales performance goals for the geographical assignment.
• Collaborate with sales leadership, other Teva teams, market access, and training.
• Develop business plans to meet territory-level goals and identify opportunities.
• Build rapport with HCPs and office staff and provide education on products.
• Provide product demonstrations and physician detailing to customers.
• Maintain call activity as defined in the sales plan and travel as needed.
