Job summary

Teva is seeking a Sales Specialist to drive growth in the psychiatry space across the Central Coast territory. You will promote our long-acting injectable and psychiatry portfolio to physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals while coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet objectives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and prior B2B or pharma sales experience, with a preference for psychiatry exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Full-time B2B sales experience preferred.
• Pharmaceutical sales experience preferred, psychiatry space preferred.
• Track record of meeting sales goals and building relationships.
• Experience launching products in the psychiatric space across settings.

Responsibilities

• Achieve all sales goals for the assigned geography.
• Collaborate with sales leadership, market access, and training teams.
• Develop business plans to exceed territory targets.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals at all levels.
• Provide product demonstrations and physician detailing.
• Educate clinicians and staff about products and patient education.
• Maintain call activity as per the plan focusing on top customers.
• Adhere to Teva's compliance policies.
