Job summary

Teva Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Sales Specialist to drive performance for an approved long-acting injectable and promote Psychiatry products in the Central Coast area. You will deliver results through compliant, ethical engagement with healthcare providers and cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 1+ year of B2B sales experience, with Pharma and psychiatry experience strongly preferred. Travel and a strong customer-network are expected in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Full time documented business-to-business sales experience preferred.
• Pharmaceutical sales experience preferred, experience in psychiatric therapeutic areas strongly preferred.
• Record of successfully achieving sales goals and building effective customer relationships.
• Experience successfully launching products in the psychiatric space across multiple settings of care.

Responsibilities

• Achieve all sales performance goals and objectives for geographical assignment.
• Demonstrate a collaborative sales approach and coordinate efforts between sales leadership, other Teva sales teams, market access, sales operations, and training.
• Develop effective business plans to meet and exceed territory-level sales goals.
• Build rapport and relationships by interacting with healthcare providers at all levels.
• Provide product demonstrations, physician detailing and in-servicing of products to customers.
• Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote products and education.
• Maintain a call average as outlined in the sales plan.
• Adhere to Teva’s compliance policies.
