Job summary

BridgeBio Pharma seeks an experienced Neuromuscular Account Manager to drive launches and manage a field-based territory across North Carolina, Virginia, and eastern Tennessee. You will combine clinical acumen with strategic selling to engage physicians, hospital staff, and KOLs, delivering patient-focused solutions and ensuring access and success of BBP-418.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in pharma with 5+ years in rare disease/neurology, plus a track record of launching products in competitive

Qualifications

• Track record of successfully launching new products and/or new indications into highly competitive markets.
• Strong leadership, planning and organization, analytics, business acumen, decision making and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and execute on plan.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Significant travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Meet and/or exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing integrated account plans with specific tactics and action steps.
• Demonstrate subject matter expertise concerning scientific and clinical information for BBP-418.
• Apply a customer-centric approach and engage customers in clinically relevant discussion utilizing approved materials.
• Develop and implement dynamic account plans by analyzing the business, competitive landscape and territory market to drive business.
• Collaborate with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB and other cross-functional teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
