BridgeBio Pharma is seeking a Neuromuscular Account Manager to drive product launches with a patient-centric approach across NC, VA, and eastern Tennessee. You will develop integrated plans, build relationships with key stakeholders, and work with cross-functional teams to meet strategic objectives.

The role requires extensive field-based travel, strong commercial acumen, and a track record of leading successful launches in rare disease/neurology markets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in pharmaceutical industry.
• 5+ years in Rare Disease/Neurology markets.
• BS/BA required; MBA preferred.
• Product launch experience in competitive markets.

Responsabilités

• Meet/exceed sales goals in assigned territory with integrated account plans.
• Demonstrate subject matter expertise concerning BBP-418.
• Engage customers with a customer-centric approach using approved materials.
• Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities in the territory.
• Collaborate with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, HUB and other cross-functional teams.
• Develop and implement dynamic account plans and relationships with KOLs and hospital personnel.
• Navigate EMR processes to support product positioning and availability.
