Job summary

BridgeBio Pharma is seeking a Neuromuscular Account Manager to drive growth across a defined territory, engaging physicians, hospital staff and KOLs with scientifically grounded discussions about BBP-418 and related therapies.

You will partner with Medical Science, Reimbursement, and other teams to align strategy, leverage data, and deliver patient-centered solutions while traveling for meetings and events across the territory.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience, especially in Rare Disease/Neurology.
• 5+ years in Rare Disease/Neurology markets preferred and proven sales success.
• BS/BA required; MBA preferred for leadership and strategy roles.
• Strong leadership, planning, analytics, business acumen, and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated account plans in an assigned territory.
• Demonstrate scientific and clinical expertise for BBP-418 and products.
• Engage customers in clinically relevant discussions using approved materials.
• Analyze sales data to spot growth opportunities and risks in the territory.
• Collaborate with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement and other functions.
