Job summary

BridgeBio Pharma in Virginia Beach is seeking a Neuromuscular Account Manager to drive account plans, engage KOLs, and expand patient access. This field-based role requires travel across the territory and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure product positioning and availability.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in pharma sales with 5+ in Rare Disease/Neurology, BS/BA, and strong analytical and digital engagement skills. Travel and leadership capabilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in pharmaceutical sales with a focus on neurology/rare diseases.
• Proven ability to develop and execute territory account plans.
• Strong communication with KOLs and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated account plans to meet sales targets.
• Engage physicians, nurses and stakeholders with approved materials.
• Collaborate with MSLs, marketing, and pricing teams on access strategies.
• Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and risks.
