Abbott Laboratories is hiring a Territory Manager II for the Washington, DC area. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans, build strong relationships with physicians, staff, and customers, and drive revenue growth in a highly matrixed environment.

This role requires adapting to an evolving schedule and strong field execution to optimize territory performance. Responsibilities include coordinating implanting schedules, analyzing sales data, attending trade shows, and adhering to FDA

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in medical devices.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills across levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to exceed revenue and market penetration goals.
• Build trust with accounts, KOLs, and customers across the territory.
• Generate additional sales revenue through targeted referrals and initiatives.
• Monitor competitors, products, and pricing to inform strategy.
• Follow up on leads, manage reports, and coordinate schedules and travel.
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and company policies.
