Job summary

SPR Therapeutics Inc. in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Field Clinical Specialist to support the Sales team with technical, clinical and educational training for SPR products.

You will conduct patient demonstrations, provide follow-up, and partner with sales to identify clinical needs and strengthen client relationships. This field-based role requires 3–5 years of clinical support experience, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred in a clinical or related field.
• Experience working with patients in a clinical environment preferred.
• 3–5 years of related clinical support experience preferred.
• Proficient communication and professionalism.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary clinical support resource for patient selection, device utilization and follow-up.
• Attend patient device implants and perform follow-up to ensure implant success.
• Educate external staff on bandage changes and product specifications.
• Provide timely product follow-up to patients, physicians and staff as needed.
• Collaborate with sales team to identify clinical needs and demonstrate product benefits.
• Maintain clinical literature and marketing collateral at facilities.
• Coordinate training for physicians and hospital staff, in-person and remote.
• Maintain Salesforce data entry and reporting.
• Travel within territory; occasional travel outside.
