Job summary

SPR is seeking a Field Clinical Specialist to support sales in an assigned territory. The role includes clinical demonstrations, patient follow-up, and educating staff on SPR products to ensure implant success.

This position reports to Area Sales Manager and collaborates with sales reps to grow customer relationships. The successful candidate will travel within the territory, provide technical and clinical support, and contribute to training programs and literature distribution.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred in a clinical or related field.
• Experience working with patients in a clinical setting.
• 3-5 years of related clinical support experience.
• High level of professionalism.
• Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary clinical support resource for patient selection, device utilization and follow-up.
• Attend implants and perform follow-up to ensure successful outcomes.
• Educate external staff on bandage changes and product specs.
• Provide timely product follow-up and support to patients, physicians and staff.
• Respond to customer needs and product complaints with feasible solutions.
