Job summary

SPR Therapeutics Inc is seeking a Field Clinical Specialist to support the Sales team in an assigned territory, providing technical, clinical, and educational training. Responsibilities include patient training, implants follow-up, and collaboration with sales to identify clinical needs.

As a field-based role with significant travel (approximately 75%), you will educate hospital staff, attend implants, and ensure documentation in Salesforce while maintaining product knowledge and service

Qualifications

• College degree preferred in a clinical or related field.
• Experience working with patients preferably in a clinical environment.
• 3-5 years of related clinical support experience.
• High level of professionalism and strong communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary resource for clinical support in patient selection, troubleshooting, device utilization, and patient follow-up for SPR products.
• Attends patient device implants and performs follow-up to ensure implant success.
• Provides external staff education on bandage changes and other product specifications.
• Supports sales reps by meeting with clients to discuss clinical needs and demonstrate how SPR products meet goals.
• Maintains facilities with clinical literature and marketing collateral.
