Job summary

SPR is seeking a Field Clinical Specialist in the United States to support the Sales team across an assigned territory. You will conduct product demonstrations, provide clinical education, and follow up with patients to ensure successful implant experiences.

This field role requires collaboration with sales representatives, travel up to 75%, and flexibility for after-hours activities. A clinical degree and strong communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred in a clinical or related field.
• 3–5 years of clinical support experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, active vehicle insurance.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work outside normal hours.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary resource for clinical support in patient selection, troubleshooting, device utilization, and follow-up.
• Attend patient device implants and perform follow-up to assure implantation success.
• Educate external staff on bandage changes and product specifications.
• Provide timely product follow-up and support to patients, physicians, and staff.
• Support sales reps by meeting with clients to discuss clinical needs and product demonstrations.
• Ensure facilities have clinical literature and marketing collateral.
