Job summary

Saluda Medical is seeking a Clinical Specialist to provide primary clinical support for sales teams, deliver product demonstrations, install and maintain Evoke systems, and assist hospitals and physicians in adopting the neuromodulation platform.

You will train physicians and staff, support OR procedures, share clinical knowledge, troubleshoot devices, and build long‑term relationships with clinical sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of clinical or hospital experience.
• 3+ years of experience with implantable medical devices.
• Operating room experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians and staff at clinical sites, delivering education and clinical expertise.
• Share superior clinical knowledge of products, applications, instructions for use and techniques.
• Provide technical and educational training to physicians and staff on product use.
• Provide case support, including OR/procedure support.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and R&D to communicate product and clinical information.
• Serve as primary resource for clinical support including troubleshooting, programming and patient follow-up.
• Perform patient follow-up to ensure customer and patient success with implanted products.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hospital personnel.
• Visit customers and patients in clinical environments (hospitals, ORs, clinics, and centers).
