Job summary

Saluda Medical, a leading medical device innovator, seeks a Clinical Specialist to support sales in deploying the Evoke System across clinical sites. You will provide education, in-room support, and patient follow-up, ensuring proper use and outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold a 4-year degree, 3+ years in clinical/hospital settings, and hands-on experience with implantable devices, especially in OR environments. This is a field-based, on-site role requiring travel within the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 3+ years of clinical or hospital experience.
• 3+ years of implantable medical devices experience.
• Operating room experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians and staff at clinical sites through education and clinical expertise on Saluda products.
• Provide clinical knowledge on product use, instructions for use, and procedural techniques.
• Deliver technical and educational training to physicians and staff.
• Provide case support including operating room/procedure support.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and R&D to share product and clinical information for improvements.
• Serve as primary clinical support resource including troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up.
• Perform patient follow-up to ensure customer and patient success.
• Develop relationships with hospital personnel and visit customers in clinical settings such as hospitals and centers.
