Job summary

Saluda Medical is seeking a Clinical Specialist to provide on-site clinical support for the Evoke System in hospitals and clinics across the Santa Rosa region. You will partner with sales to develop new opportunities, deliver product demonstrations, and ensure patient safety and success with implanted devices.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in a clinical or hospital setting, and hands-on experience with implantable medical devices, including operating room procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a clinical or hospital environment.
• 3+ years of experience in implantable medical devices.
• Operating room experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians and staff at assigned clinical sites by providing a high level of service and responsiveness.
• Provide technical and educational training to physicians and staff on the use of the company’s products.
• Provide case support, including Operating Room/Procedure support.
• Work with sales, marketing, and R & D personnel to communicate product, clinical and market information to appropriate Saluda personnel to support product improvements.
• Serve as primary resource for clinical support including troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up for company products.
