Job summary

Saluda Medical is seeking a Clinical Specialist to provide primary clinical support, demonstrations, patient care, installation and maintenance of Evoke System products. The role involves building physician and hospital relationships, delivering education, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and R&D to advance product improvements.

The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3+ years in a clinical/hospital setting and 3+ years in implantable medical devices, including

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a clinical or hospital environment.
• 3+ years of experience in implantable medical devices.
• Operating room experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians and staff at assigned clinical sites by providing a high level of service and responsiveness and ongoing education and clinical expertise regarding the use of the company’s products.
• Possess and share superior clinical knowledge of the Company’s products, their clinical applications, instructions for use and procedural techniques.
• Provide technical and educational training to physicians and staff on the use of the company’s products.
• Provide case support, including Operating Room/Procedure support.
• Work with sales, marketing, and R & D personnel to communicate product, clinical and market information to Saluda personnel to support and develop product improvements.
• Serve as primary resource for clinical support including troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up for company products.
