Job summary

VonKohn Search Group is seeking a territory-focused sales professional in the United States (CA) with a strong background in pharmaceutical or biotech sales. The role covers Pasadena, Covina, Inland Empire, Lancaster and Bakersfield, with up to 50% travel to engage physicians and accounts.

You will maintain expert product knowledge, engage physicians using approved materials, and execute strategic territory plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of proven success in pharmaceutical or biotechnology sales.
• Travel up to 50% to engage target accounts and attend meetings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, disease states, and therapies.
• Engage healthcare professionals using approved materials and strong interpersonal communication.
• Apply the company sales approach across all stages of customer engagement.
• Secure commitment from target physicians to increase appropriate product use while complying with standards.
• Execute territory planning by identifying priority accounts and maintaining call frequency.
• Collaborate with Operations to maintain accurate physician target lists using current data.
• Leverage programs and resources to grow territory performance and articulate strategy to leadership.
• Create and execute territory business plans and complete administrative duties accurately and on time.
• Work with cross-functional partners including sales reps, directors, MSLs, and HQ teams.
• Comply with promotional regulations, sample accountability, and the Code of Conduct.
