• 3–5 years of proven success in pharmaceutical/biotech sales preferred
• Willingness to travel ~50% and drive to physician offices and meetings

Responsibilities

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, disease states, and competing therapies.
• Engage targeted healthcare professionals using approved promotional materials and clinical data.
• Apply company sales approach through all stages of customer engagement.
• Secure commitment from target physicians to increase appropriate use while complying with regulations and policies.
• Execute territory planning by identifying priority accounts and maintaining call frequency.
• Collaborate with Operations to build and maintain physician target lists using current data.
• Leverage programs and resources to grow territory performance and articulate strategy to Regional Business Director.
• Create and execute territory business plans and complete administrative duties on time.
• Work with cross-functional partners including other sales reps, National Account Directors, MSLs, and HQ teams.
• Comply with promotional regulations, sample accountability requirements, and Code of Conduct.
