Job summary

Stratus Nashville is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to educate local physicians and healthcare providers about EEG, EKG, and testing services. The role aims to grow the company brand in the assigned territory and increase patient referrals while hitting predefined sales targets.

You will build relationships with neurology practices, manage referrals, and maintain knowledge of medical terminology and payor environments. Travel and HIPAA/compliance adherence are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Sales, business administration, or health sciences.
• Experience partnering with hospitals and Neurology practices.
• 5+ years of sales/new business development in a hospital/clinic environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement daily face-to-face interaction with doctors and staff to educate on all services and increase referrals.
• Research physicians to understand patient demographics and identify opportunities to serve patients.
• Demonstrate product and disease state knowledge to communicate with customers.
• Gather and relay physician feedback to stakeholders for product development.
• Report activity through CRM and achieve sales goals.
• Master medical terminology, sales practices, and conduct meetings with physicians.
• Stay current with company communications and HIPAA/compliance standards.
