Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group is seeking a Practice Supervisor for our Neurology Practice in Hartford, CT. The role supervises daily operations and administrative functions to support smooth clinic flow.

Under the Service Line Executive Director, the supervisor leads support staff, coordinates scheduling, monitors attendance, ensures HIPAA compliance, and collaborates on hiring decisions. Excellent communication and EMR proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 8 years healthcare experience, or an associate's in healthcare and 5 years, or a bachelor's with 2 years healthcare experience.
• Two+ years supervisory/managerial experience.
• Proven experience in all aspects of a medical practice.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Proficient use of computers and electronic medical record.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the neurology practice.
• Oversee staff and patient flow improvements.
• Monitor attendance and address concerns promptly.
• Coordinate coverage to ensure quality patient care.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and policy adherence.
• Assist in hiring decisions with Service Line Director.
• Maintain equipment and inventory levels.
• Orient new hires to procedures and train access to systems.
