• Minimum of a high school diploma and 8 years healthcare experience, or an Associate in healthcare and 5 years’ experience, or a Bachelor’s degree and 2 years’ healthcare experience.
• 2+ years supervisory/managerial experience.
• Proven experience in all aspects of a medical practice; excellent organization and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Directly supervise support staff and all functions related to patient flow.
• Ensure daily rounding and adequate staff coverage for quality patient care.
• Monitor attendance and address concerns in a timely manner.
