Job summary

Capital Medical Group is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our outpatient practice(s) in the Washington, DC area. You will supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage licenses and credentialing with the health system and payers.

You will collaborate with CBO, marketing, finance, HR, and executive leadership to optimize workflows, control costs, and support provider productivity. A strong patient-centered approach and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• In lieu of degree, 5-7 years healthcare experience with at least two years in a supervisor capacity.
• CMPE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and supervise assigned practice(s) per regulatory standards.
• Maintain licenses/certifications and credentialing with health system staff and payers.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient practice operations.
• Monitore expenses, revenue cycle, and budgets; support staffing and onboarding.
• Demonstrate service excellence and maintain confidentiality.
