Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5 years health care experience.
• 2 years management experience.
• Experience in a clinical environment.
• Outpatient setting experience.
• Demonstrated organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage front-line non-exempt staff including interviewing, hiring, training, and performance management.
• Schedule staff and allocate resources to maximize patient access and provider productivity.
• Conduct supply purchasing within budget.
• Report monthly productivity to providers and staff.
• Ensure accurate data collection and data entry and coordinate with Central Office.
• Oversee cash management, co-pays, and balances to influence profitability.
• Participate in corporate committees and task forces.
• Provide financial analysis for planning and cash flow management.
