Location: Your main location will be at Scottsdale Banner Health Center Plus - 18250 N Hayden Rd. Scottdale, AZ. However, you will float to our Arcadia (BUMG Arcadia Specialties (4200 E. Camelback Rd, Suite 202))and Banner University Medical Center Phoenix locations as needed.
Training Location: This facility will not open until early 2027. During training you will work at our Arcadia and Phoenix locations.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30p, with some flexibility required based on business needs.
Banner University Medical Group is our nonprofit faculty practice plan associated with the University of Arizona Colleges of Medicine in Phoenix and Tucson. Our 1,100-plus clinicians provide primary and specialty care to patients at highly ranked Banner - University Medical Centers and dozens of clinics while providing mentorship to more than 1,200 residents and fellows. This position works to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the assigned department, including day-to-day administration of non-physician staff and operations. Uses specialized knowledge, judgment and skills necessary to provide excellent patient care.
Requires a level of literacy, communication and math skills as normally demonstrated at the level of an Associate’s Degree. Certain assignments may require current certification as a Medical Assistant, Nursing Assistant or current LPN license. Requires a level of knowledge and ability normally demonstrated by at least two years experience in a physician's office or medical environment. Requires excellent communication and organizational skills. Employees working at Banner Behavioral Health Hospital, BTMC Behavioral, and BUMG, BUMCT, or BUMCS in a Behavioral Health clinical setting that serves children must possess an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card at the time of hire and maintain the card for the duration of their employment. An Arizona Criminal History Affidavit must be signed upon hire.
Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience in a leadership or coordinator capacity preferred. Additional related education and/or experience preferred.
