Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling, insurance verification and pre-certification; coordinate day-to-day operations for the area.
• Act as a clinical liaison with physician practices and support pre-visit services.
• Pre-register patients with accurate demographic and financial data; assist with billing and co-pay collections.
• Provide leadership guidance, monitor staff performance and ensure quality improvement and policy compliance.
• Support department coverage and patient transport as needed.
