Xeris Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Patient Access – Neurology (Rare Disease) to lead strategic and operational plans for patient services, reimbursement, financial support, patient advocacy, and adherence across the portfolio.

This role manages daily operations of a field-based Patient Access team across regions. The position emphasizes collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Market Access, Legal, and Compliance to design services, drive improvement, and measure

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare environments, including patient advocacy and reimbursement.
• Experience in patient access management and marketing/sales in healthcare.
• Ability to thrive in an evolving, dynamic environment.
• Decision support experience and HIPAA compliance.
• Strong track record of driving results in complex internal and external environments.

Responsibilities

• Implement newly designed patient services programs for Xeris products.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful implementation and long-term success of Patient Services strategy.
• Drive project management and execution for cross-functional Patient Services projects.
• Develop Patient Services CRM expertise and coordinate with IT.
