Job summary

Neurocrine Biosciences is seeking a Regional Patient Access Manager to optimize patient access, educate HCPs on payer issues, and support coverage decisions across the U.S. You will work with specialty pharmacies, HUB partners and field teams to ensure efficient access to Neurocrine products.

The role requires deep knowledge of payer policies, strong communication skills, and up to 60% travel. A BS/BA is required, with advanced degrees highly valued; CNS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of specialty pharmacies, managed care, PBMs and government payers.
• Excellent communications, problem-solving, analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to travel up to 60% for field-based collaboration.
• Experience in pharma/biotech with market access focus.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with pharmacies, physicians and HCPs to resolve coverage issues.
• Collaborates with field sales, market access, and HUB teams to support patient access.
• Educates HCPs on payer policies, coverage criteria and PA processes.
• Presents payer coverage insights at internal reviews and sales meetings.
