Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago in Streeterville, IL, seeks an Administrative Supervisor for the Neurology Division to oversee daily operations, coordinate clinical schedules, and manage administrative staff in partnership with Division Leadership.

This role supports CQI, patient service goals, and physician satisfaction. You will drive budget variance reporting, HR processes, onboarding, and staff development while collaborating with leadership to ensure high-quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; health administration background a plus.
• Five+ years of progressive leadership in an academic health care setting.
• Three years of supervisory or project management experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Neurology Division and staff.
• Supervise administrative staff and manage scheduling.
• Support quality improvement and customer service goals.
• Lead HR processes including recruitment, onboarding and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, variance reporting, and service delivery.
• Coordinate division activities with ambulatory and surgical services.
