Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years in progressive leadership within a health-care setting.
• 3+ years of supervisory or project management experience.
• Clear communication about division operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Division of Neurology in partnership with leadership.
• Oversee administrative staff, schedules, and program activities.
• Support continuous quality improvement and customer service goals.
• Monitor provider schedules and clinic operations for efficiency.
• Coordinate staffing, onboarding, and staff development.
• Collaborate with HR on recruitment and performance reviews.
• Serve as liaison to other hospital administrative departments.
